Gunner Gorman — Associate Broker

I’m Gunner Gorman, Associate Broker at Gorman’s Realty. I earned both my JD and MBA at Samford University, which gave me a strong foundation in both the legal and business sides of real estate. I started pursuing my license during my second year of law school after discovering how much I enjoyed real estate law, and I’ve been committed to the field ever since. My experience includes helping clients buy and sell residential properties, working on commercial real estate projects, and structuring creative rent-to-own deals. I take pride in making sure every transaction is handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and a clear strategy so clients feel confident from start to finish.

I’m Jordan Gorman, the Qualifying Broker at Gorman’s Realty, and I’m here to make buying and selling real estate a whole lot less stressful and maybe even fun. My love for this business started in law school when a real estate law class that was supposed to be an elective turned out to be the best part of the semester. Gunner and I jumped in, started working on our licenses, and never looked back. With experience in residential sales, commercial transactions, and even a few rent-to-own projects, I thrive on turning the fine print into smooth closings. Helping clients navigate the details while they focus on the excitement of buying or selling is the part of the job I love most.
